OLYMPIA…Senate Republicans on Monday will unveil a plan to reduce
fuel and heating costs and create jobs through a number of specific
proposals, including expanding refinery capacity and encouraging more
widespread use of environmentally friendly “green” fuels and “smart” energy
technologies in Washington state. The plan is a solid investment in
Washington’s economy, its environment and national security.
